India’s Oyo files for IPO
India-based budget hotel giant is planning to raise around $1.2 billion in a聽 public offering, according to a new filing with the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
Founded in 2013, Oyo has raised $4.1 billion in equity and debt financing since inception, with as its largest backer. The company says it operates over 157,000 hotels and homes on its platform, with offerings across 35 countries.
