Duolingo files for IPO

The Pittsburgh-based company, which is backed by investors including and , reported in its S-1 filing that its revenue more than doubled to $55.4 million in the first quarter of 2021 as the pandemic boosted usage.

The Pittsburgh-based company says it now has more than 40 million monthly active users. Its most recent private valuation was $2.4 billion, per 附近上门 data.

SentinelOne raises IPO range

Cybersecurity provider boosted the proposed range for its upcoming IPO and is now looking to raise over $1 billion in the offering.
