Gogoro going public via SPAC

Taipei-based , a maker of electric scooters and charging infrastructure, announced it has entered into an agreement to go public through a merger with a SPAC, Poema Global Holdings Corp.

The transaction sets Gogoro’s enterprise value at $2.35 billion, with plans to list on after the merger’s completion under the ticker symbol GGR.
